About Dogpay News

The payments stack moves every day.
Agent Economy and rails first; Web3 only when it settles.

Dogpay News watches 30 sources for you: regulators, card networks, payment rails, banks, Agent Economy builders and the companies around them. Coverage includes how agents buy services, manage authorization and settle — with stablecoin and crypto payment coverage secondary, included when it changes how money actually moves. It collects, deduplicates, scores and selects, then publishes a daily brief every morning at 08:00 Beijing time.

How Dogpay News works

Diagram: each line is one source; lines bundle up when several reports cover the same event; only a few bundles pass the selection gate and reach the daily brief.

Everything collected is kept and deduplicated; reports of the same event are grouped together. Sources that only count towards attention are included too — that is how trending is computed.

A model first decides whether an item belongs to payments at all (Agent Economy and rails outrank pure Web3 or generic-AI noise), then scores twice and writes the Chinese headline, summary and why-it-matters line. Agent claims without a verifiable payment, billing or authorization mechanism do not get through. Promotional copy and duplicate reposts are filtered out.
